  • Outdated UI & Layout: The existing government website suffered from an outdated user interface, inconsistent margins, redundant actions, and poor color contrast.
  • Information Gaps:Critical sections, such as the Introduction, lacked foundational information about the ministry's purpose, utilized confusing internal jargon, and featured an unusual, ambiguous content pattern.
  • Clutter & Jargon:The Hero section was heavily cluttered with duplicate news links, dead interactive widgets, and distracting event banners, strictly violating the "Aesthetic and Minimalist Design" heuristic.
